Zack Snyder’s Justice League (also known as “The Snyder Cut”) will arrive at HBO Max on March 18, the director announced on Twitter today.

After Justice League was released, fans criticized Whedon’s contributions to the film, which included a lighter tone. Fans started an Internet campaign for Warner Bros. for “Release the Snyder Cut” in the following years.

In December, Warner Bros. announced that each of his films in 2021 would be released simultaneously on HBO Max on the same day it opened in theaters.
