Square Enix has announced that it will bring the Just Cause series to Android with the launch of a free shooting game entitled Just Cause: Mobile. The game is scheduled to be released in 2021, although it is not controlled by Avalanche Studios (the developers behind the console and PC games), but will be developed by a new team led by Square Enix.
You can see the ad trailer directly above and, as you can see, this sniper offers an isometric view as you film your way to success. The clamps in the series, like its hook, appear, as well as the aircraft parachute and protrusions. Fans can expect a story campaign, as well as competitive multiplayer missions for 30 people and cooperatives for 4 players. The game is built on Unreal Engine 4 and, of course, will offer touch controls.
Since Just Cause: Mobile will be free to play, Square was kind enough to confirm that in-app purchases will be included. Square also made a point of mentioning that the company will not abandon the main console and PC series, making it clear that Square understands that a part of its audience hates F2P mobile games. However, the company is yet to release this title, despite the poor reception that is guaranteed in conjunction with its announcement, spiking my feeling that Just Cause: Mobile will more than likely exist to make money.
Still, I’m sure more than a few people will be eager to get their hands on Just cause: cell phone whenever it arrives, but as this is a new ad in which the details are still clear, we will all have to wait for more information as we go. that development advances. Until then, feel free to check the official website where you can sign up to receive updates and news about the game via email.
Square Enix has released a new trailer for Just Cause Mobile
Square Enix decided to start launching events similar to Nintendo’s Directs, and today was the first Square Enix Presents. During this event, Square released a new cinematic trailer for the next mobile version of Just Cause, which you can watch above.
Interestingly, this trailer does not reveal much about the game, as it is cinematic, so we are basically at the same point that we were in December when Square announced Just Cause Mobile. You would think the studio would have something to show after four months, especially since the game was due out later this year. So, I hope Square will eventually find the courage to show us what the game looks like in action before it is released. Until then, have fun watching the second cinematic trailer for Just Cause Mobile.
