Johns Creek, St. Vincent de Paul For Vulnerable Populations Grant

JOHNS CREEK, GA – The City of Johns Creek and St. Vincent de Paul Georgia have partnered with the JC CARES Vulnerable Population Grant Program to assist Johns Creek residents with overdue rent and mortgage payments, public service assistance , food assistance or other unforeseen financial material / emergency needs directly related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Individuals living within the limits of Johns Creek can apply directly through St. Vincent de Paul with a maximum individual award of up to $ 3,000. The application can be found online. São Vicente de Paulo will also receive requests for assistance through the Society’s helpline 678-892-6163.

Grants will be awarded until the funds under the CARES Act are exhausted. Residents must confirm that they live within the eligible city limits of Johns Creek by visiting online.

As part of its commitment to support vulnerable populations in Johns Creek affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the city council allocated $ 300,000 to established nonprofits serving Johns Creek residents.
