8:47 am PT – TMZ Sports got the police report … in which police say Johnny Damon’s blood alcohol level was 0.30, almost FOUR TIMES the legal limit.
Police officers also say that Damon’s wife was in the car at the time of the arrest – and describe her as completely out of control.
In fact, the police say Michelle Mangan-Damon it was uncooperative, combative – and at one point, she pushed a police officer.

While Johnny was charged by DUI, Michelle was arrested for assaulting a police officer and for resisting arrest with violence.
In the police report, officers say Damon was stopped at around 1:23 am, after officers watched his SUV turn onto the road.
During the stop, the police said that Damon was slapping and staggering – and finally admitted to drinking alcohol earlier in the evening.
In fact, when asked if he had consumed alcohol, the police say that Damon replied “just a little” while “making a pinch movement with his left hand and fingers”.
Before Johnny and Michelle were taken to the police station, the officers say that Michelle told the officer who arrested him that she had a nanny at home with her six children. Then, the policeman called the nanny and told her that Johnny and Michelle “were going to jail and would not be back any longer.”
While at the police station, officers said Johnny agreed to take the breathalyzer test, but noted that his wife advised him not to. Ultimately, police say Johnny gave two valid breath samples, .30 and .294.
The cops asked Johnny where he was partying before the incident … to which they say he replied, “London House”, which Johnny described as “he’s a guy who had a lot of money … we’re just having fun there.”
Former MLB superstar Johnny Damon was arrested for DUI in Florida on Friday morning – and police say his blood alcohol level was more than TWICE the legal limit.
The 47-year-old – who played for the Boston Red Sox and the NY Yankees – was stopped by the Windermere Police Department (in the Orlando area) at around 8:15 am.
During the stop, the police say that Damon showed signs of intoxication and at some point, they tested his blood alcohol level, which was again “greater than or equal to 0.20.”
The legal limit for driving is 0.08.
Damon was arrested and charged on several charges, including driving under the influence of drugs and resisting arrest without violence.
Damon was transported to a nearby station, where he posed for a police photo – and spent time in a detention cell.
Damon is a 2-time World Series champion and has played 2 All-Star teams during his 18 seasons as an MLB player.
After his playing days, Damon appeared as a competitor in Donald Trump“Celebrity Apprentice” in 2014 and also competed in “Dancing with the Stars” in 2018.
Damon was one of the key gears to break Boston’s famous World Series draft – teaming up with his “idiots” to win the title in 2004.
He later left Boston to play for rival NY Yankees – and cut his famous long hair in the process.
