Joel Embiid jokes that FIFA is more difficult than protecting Anthony Davis

With the Philadelphia 76ers first in the Eastern Conference, you better believe that Joel Embiid is in his best troll form.

The Sixers center appeared in a YouTuber ChuBoi video centering on his love for the FIFA video game series. At one point, the host asked Embiid an incisive question about a FIFA game mode and the star striker for the Los Angeles Lakers:

“More difficult, playing FUT Champs or defending AD?”

After a few moments – probably spent calculating the most pernicious answer possible – Embiid replied, “Playing FUT Champs.”

This will excite Lakers fans.

In Embiid’s defense, he at least has some right to troll Anthony Davis and the Lakers, thanks to the Sixers’ victory over the Lakers on Wednesday (not so much when it comes to championship rings). Embiid, in particular, had a few words for Davis’ teammate LeBron James about a dangerous push in the third quarter.

Davis has experienced a kind of drop in recent weeks, failing to earn 20 points in six of his last eight games. He hit the mark against the Embiid Sixers with 23 points, interestingly, but the Lakers were still outperformed by four when he was on the ground.
