Defensive three-time champion of the year, JJ Watt, announced that he will join the Arizona Cardinals after leaving the Houston Texans.
Watt shared a photo of you on Twitter doing exercises with a Cardinals shirt with the caption “Source: me”. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Watt business is for two years with a guaranteed $ 23 million.
The 31-year-old was released last month at the request of the Texans, for whom he played throughout his 10-year career in the NFL. His departure was seen as another sign of dysfunction in a franchise that alienated or changed its best players. The Texans’ best player, quarterback Deshaun Watson, is looking for a change and has indicated that he is willing to stay out of the 2021 season instead of continuing with the team.
