Jimmy Butler is known as a fun guy throughout his NBA career. The player can be as competitive as when he is on the court, but when he is not playing basketball, Jimmy is the nicest guy you can ever meet. Sometimes, however, he can roast people ruthlessly and Jaylen Brown fell victim to one of those sessions a few years ago.
In 2016, they worked together and Butler expressed how he felt about Jaylen’s look, calling him ugly and saying that he really made him look better, which is why he went out with him. They went to Cabo San Lucas to exercise and Jimmy was quick to make fun of Brown’s hair.
“I think that was it,” said Butler, via Mass Live. “I was like, man, you’re uglier than me with that hair. So I have to walk around with uglier people to make me look prettier. “
The two faced each other a lot during their NBA careers, including last season, when they faced each other in the Eastern Conference finals. Butler and the Miami Heat completed their impressive streak in the postseason, beating the Boston Celtics in six games.
This year, the two teams are trying to do the same, but the work will be much more difficult to complete.
