And to celebrate the occasion, Jessica Simpson posted a series of cheerful images to her Instagram account on Saturday, featuring her youngest daughter, Birdie Mae.
The best-selling singer and author, 40, posed with her youngest son along with her two other children whom she shares with her husband Eric Johnson – son Ace, seven, and eldest daughter Maxwell, eight.

One image saw Birdie wearing a felt crown and a silver metallic dress, blowing two small candles on top of a luxurious birthday cake made in the shape of stacked farm animals.
The passionate mother, Jessica, was behind her, wearing eccentric square retro sunglasses and a green and orange striped top.
Football star Johnson, 41, also wore umbrellas, along with an all-black outfit.
“Our girl Birdie turned 2 yesterday and I can’t help but share this precious moment of birthday wish that we all delight in,” wrote the Public Affair singer in the caption.
