A few hours after the news that Jennifer Lopez and her fiance Alex Rodriguez broke up after four years, Lopez shared an emotional photo of her 13-year-old daughter crying.
The 52-year-old singer made a video for her ex-husband Marc Anthony, who was with her tearful daughter, Emme, whose twin brother is Max.
She recognized Emme’s emotions in her Instagram story, saying, “When they are sad, but Mom and Dad are there.”
Emme could be seen crying in her father’s arms, Marc, as he tried to comfort her.
“When they are sad, but Mom and Dad are there #cocos,” she wrote. “I love You !! So proud of you.”
Lopez and Anthony divorced in April 2012 after seven years of marriage and have joint custody of their twins.
Jennifer and Rodriguez started dating in 2017 and became engaged in March 2019.
Lopez’s twins were close to Rodriguez’s two daughters, Natasha, 14, and Ella, 10, who he shares with ex-wife Cynthia Rodriguez.
