The duo touched on many topics, from Jlo’s countless previous hits and how she saw herself while appearing in show business.
‘I remember when I was in therapy at the beginning, you know, almost in my late 30s and there was a lot of talk about loving yourself and I was like,’ I love myself, ” she reflected.

Instead, Jlo focused on another popular concept as one of the keys to its success: the law of attraction.

‘I really believe that we create our lives. Again, not only with our actions and the things we do, but also with the things we think and the internal dialogue we give.
