Jennifer Lopez celebrated the great twentieth anniversary of her second album on Saturday (January 23). And for the star, it wouldn’t have been appropriate to mark the big day without recognizing his fans, who helped J.Lo reach four times the platinum and top of the Billboard 200 since its launch on January 23, 2001.
“When reflecting on the fact that it is the # JLo20th anniversary, I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for being with me, loving me and supporting me through all the ups and downs”, she wrote on social networks. “Thank you so much for all the love in the last 20 years !! I love you so much !!”
But J. Lo had more than just a thanks to share. The singer also re-enacted scenes from her video for “Love Don’t Cost a Thing”, the album’s lead single. On a video posted on Instagram and Twitter, the star – with her hair combed in the same half pony – rips off her accessories and throws them aside while walking on the beach, and does the same with a long creamy white coat similar to the one in the video.
