Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez dropped out after a two-year engagement.
And while the ex-couple may be relieved that they don’t have to deal with a divorce settlement – since they never walked down the hall – there is still the $ 32.5 million Miami Beach apartment they bought together last summer to consider .
The ex-men bought the house on August 19, under the limited liability company, Fleetwood Star Holdings, Florida property records show.
The Post contacted its representatives for comment.

Located on the luxurious Star Island, the beachfront home comes complete with 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
Lopez, 51, and Rodriguez, 45, were expected to get married in early 2020, but the coronavirus pandemic disrupted those plans. Instead, they bought a quarantine mega-mansion.
Property records also reveal that Lopez and Rodriguez recently updated and renovated the property, which was built in 1993.
The outdoor highlights include a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a shower cabin, a covered bar and a 30-meter-long private wooden pier and access to the Atlantic Ocean.

The property spans over 14,000 square feet and features an industrial-style chef’s kitchen, private dock and panoramic sunset views over Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.
Other facilities at the property include an elevator and a living room that opens onto the formal private dining room, a library and storage area, wine room and a large room that opens onto the pool area.
The master suite on the second floor boasts a living room, study and two large terraces overlooking the bay, as well as a bathroom with a large onyx and glass steam shower, a large closet and a custom spa bath.
The drama surrounding Rodriguez’s alleged communication with “Southern Charm” star Madison LeCroy is what led them to the breakup, Page Six reported.

The ex-Yankee was linked to the reality star in January.
Twitter went crazy over speculation after Bravo’s “Southern Charm” reunion special exposed jaw-dropping infidelity allegations involving a “former MLB star” and cast member LeCroy.
Then LeCroy, 30, revealed that he had been FaceTiming with Rodriguez, but insisted that they had not met in person.
“He never physically cheated on the bride with me,” LeCroy told Page Six in February.
Apparently, Lopez simply couldn’t ignore the accusations and was “very embarrassed”.
