Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez brought their romance to 2021.
After the 51-year-old pop star’s performance on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin ‘Eve”, she and Rodriguez, 45, saw the ball fall and played in the new year with a midnight kiss.
The ex-Yankee played the supporting bride role perfectly, standing by the side cheering for Lopez while performing a medley of hits, including “Waiting for Tonight” and Aerosmith’s cover of “Dream On”.
Although the couple postponed the marriage twice as a result of the pandemic, perhaps 2021 will be their year.
“We kind of let it go for a second, and I don’t know what we’re going to do, we talk about small, big,” said Lopez in early December.
“And I think we feel like, ‘Let’s just wait’. There is no rush, we are fine, everything is fine and it will happen at the right time. I feel like it’s not a big priority to go and have a big wedding right now, that’s not what life is about. “
Lopez and Rodriguez started dating in March 2017 and became engaged two years later.
