Hollywood 2.0 expands! Jennifer Lawrence going to Australia to shoot the new Fantastic Four movie – as a series of Marvel films shift down
Australia became the favorite destination for A-list stars and major Hollywood film productions last year amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The exodus from Tinseltown Down Under continues next month, when Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence is due to arrive to film the Fantastic Four’s latest film, according to The Daily Telegraph.
The newspaper reports that the Marvel superhero movie franchise is set to ‘sleep’ in Australia ‘in the foreseeable future.’

An alleged source at the studio told the newspaper: “There is nowhere in the world where films can be shot the way they can be here in Australia.”
Currently in production in Sydney is the new film Thor: Love and Thunder, starring Natalie Portman, Chris Hemsworth, Christian Bale, Matt Damon and Chris Pratt.
The news is that Julia Roberts and Sean Penn are going to Bass to shoot a new political thriller in Sydney.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Joel and his brother Nash will also serve as directors and executive producers on the series.
