Jenelle Evans is offering more details on why the 11-year-old son Jace now he’s staying with her and not with her mother, Barbara Evans.
After revealing on TikTok on Saturday, January 16 that Jace “now lives with me full time”, Jenelle shared a video on her YouTube page on January 17 to explain that the boy’s actions spurred the move.
“Jace came and lived with us, guys! I know, it’s exciting news,” Teen mom 2 shared alum. “His behavior was not the best in my mother’s house. We gave him many, many, many chances and told him it was better to behave, and my mother, she was fed up.”
Jenelle continued, “And she called me and said, ‘Yes, that’s it. He’s behaving badly again. I don’t know how he’s going to do the schoolwork and do it if he continues.’
The 29-year-old reality show star also used the video to clear up the recent confusion over Jace’s custody situation. On January 17, Barbara told TMZ that she still has custody herself and that Jenelle admitted to Barbara that she spoke badly on TikTok when she said otherwise.
