Rap mogul Jay-Z is summoning Capitol rebels on his new song, What It Feels Like, featuring late Los Angeles rapper Nipsey Hussle.
The 51-year-old hip-hop icon abandoned the collaboration on Friday as part of the soundtrack to the next HBO movie, Judas and the Black Messiah.
In the lyrics, Jay sings about supporters of former President Donald Trump who invaded the United States Capitol in a crowd on January 6, 2021 in an effort to overturn the legal results of the presidential election.

The line is a clear reference to the images of the attempted coup d’état of rioters inside the Capitol building sitting on the tables of lawmakers like Mayor Nancy Pelosi.
Former President Trump is facing his second Senate impeachment trial for his actions that led to the insurrection.
