Franco, who taught acting classes at Studio 4 – the film school he founded – was accused by students of putting them in free sexual situations and exploitation.
The students filed a class action lawsuit, saying that Franco forced the class to perform intimate and explicit sex scenes in an “orgy setting” … something that went well beyond the limit of filming such scenes.
The class in question was called a master class on sex scenes.
Both sides announced the agreement to the judge of first instance, although the terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. Specifically, there is no mention of money.
Franco opened the school in 2014. It closed 3 years later.
