The film was scheduled to be released on April 2, after it has already been hit by several changes due to the coronavirus pandemic.

New date: the James Bond film No Time To Die has been postponed once again to October 8, 2021, which means that fans will have to wait another six months to
The film, directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, was originally scheduled for release in April 2020, but was postponed to November before being changed again to April 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
It had already been speculated that the film would be postponed again when Dutch publication BN DeStem said last week that, according to cinema owner Carlo Lambregts, the film would be postponed until November.
Deadline also reported that promotional partners had already been informed that Daniel Craig’s final release as 007 is about to change release dates.
No Time To Die is the 25th film in the franchise and meets Bond after he left active duty and is enjoying a peaceful life in Jamaica when his old friend Felix Leiter, played by CIA Jeffrey Wright, appears asking for help.

Leaving his life apparently happy with Madeleine (Lea Seydoux), Bond returns to the field to face Safin (Rami Malek), who is armed with dangerous new technology that can impact the world.
And producer Barbara Broccoli has already done what fans can expect and said the film will deliver a satisfying ending for Daniel’s Bond.
Speaking on the official James Bond podcast, she said: ‘It is the culmination of everything that your interpretation of the character has gone through and brings all the stories together. It is a very epic film, I must say. ‘
After postponing the film’s release to April 2021 in October, MGM quashed rumors about whether it was considering offering the film to streaming services under a $ 600 million license agreement for a year.
“We don’t comment on rumors. The film is not for sale. The release of the film was delayed until April 2021, in order to preserve the theatrical experience for viewers, ‘an MGM spokesman told Variety.

Coming soon: MGM quashed rumors in October last year about whether it was considering offering the film to streaming services under a $ 600 million one-year licensing agreement
Bloomberg reported that Netflix, Amazon and Apple were asked about the possibility of the film being offered for VOD Premium.
However, according to Deadline.com, none of the streaming services was willing to put more than half the amount the studio was looking for.
Lead actor Craig defended the James Bond producers’ decision to postpone the debut of the new film in October last year.
Speaking on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Craig said, ‘This thing is bigger than all of us. We want to release the film at the same time all over the world and this is not the right time. So, crossing your fingers on April 2nd will be our date.
The new release will be Craig’s last spy performance after getting the role at the 2006 Casino Royale. He also starred in Quantum of Solace, Skyfall and Specter.
During his last interview with Bond for GQ magazine in March 2020, the actor frankly discussed his anxiety about the script and admitted that he felt ‘physically too low’ was the reason behind the five-year delay of the next film since Specter.

WOAH! In a No Time To Die trailer, Bond can be seen in the driver’s seat of his Aston Martin taking heavy shots, but protected by bulletproof glass, before firing huge machine guns from the headlights.
He told GQ magazine: ‘I would never do one again. I was like, “Is this job really worth going through, all of this?”
– And I didn’t feel … I felt physically very depressed. So, the prospect of making another film was off the cards. And that is why five years have passed.
Craig said that Bond’s ‘physicality’ is “a preparation, in a way”, because he wouldn’t take the script beforehand.
‘It’s making my head think,’ This is what it’s going to be ‘.’
Trying to prepare for a role in one of the most popular movie franchises in modern cinema without a script also made him anxious.

The man in the white mask: Rami’s Safin appears to have a lot of scars and cover a large part of his face in a scene from the long-awaited launch
He said: ‘I have suffered from this in the past. I’ve been suffering because it’s like, “I can’t handle it. I can’t handle it”.
Looking back on life after Bond, Craig – who is married to actress Rachel Weisz – said his future could involve ‘having another child, perhaps just being older’.
Meanwhile, last year, actress Lea Seydoux gave fans an idea of what to expect from No Time To Die before its release.
She described her character’s relationship with Bond as ‘a modern love story’, explaining that fans will see a completely new side of the agent, as Bond establishes himself with Dr. Madeleine Swann after retiring from active service.
Speaking on the Official James Bond Podcast, Lea explained why it was so important to see Bond fall in love again after having his heart broken for Vespa (played by Eva Green) at the 2005 Casino Royale.

Previously: Craig’s last appearance as Bond was in 2015 on the hit Specter, directed by Sam Mendes

What to expect: actress Lea Seydoux said that No Time To Die will show a new side of Bond after he settles with Dr. Madeleine Swann after retiring from active duty
She said, ‘I think it’s also because of Bond and we needed Madeline to tell Bond’s story. I mean, it was important to see Bond in love again because he had this relationship with Vespa, but she betrayed him.
‘But this time I think she’s true love in a way, I think it’s really the movie it’s a love story, it’s a story between the two, so it’s very unusual for a Bond film to see James Bond in love, right? And I think it’s quite modern in a way.
‘In this film it is even more psychological and more emotional and I think it is something that Daniel like James Bond created with this character.
‘He created a character who is more vulnerable and has flaws and I think that’s what we like as an audience and it’s true that James Bond is like a … not a real world, right? But what we like is that in this world we can relate to the characters. ‘

Resistance: the film was originally scheduled for release in April 2020, but was postponed to November before the release was changed to April 2021 due to the COVID-19 crisis
