Former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Dina Manzo believes that current “Housewife” Jackie Goldschneider has gone too far.
Manzo took to Instagram on Thursday to share his thoughts on Goldschneider’s explosive argument with Teresa Guidice at the 11th season premiere of Bravo’s success, during which Guidice, 48, accused Goldschneider’s husband of cheating on her. When Jackie tried to explain how she felt hurt, she compared repeating the false rumor to saying that Giudice’s 20-year-old daughter, “Gia smells coca in the bathroom at parties.”
Guidice’s business manager, Karianne Fischbach, shared a long statement about the fight, marking Gia and Teresa on Instagram.
“Gia is a wonderful, intelligent, strong and beautiful human being and what was done to her tonight was wrong on many levels. For an adult woman ‘I am so smart that I am a lawyer’, bringing Gia’s name into an argument and putting an accusation with such weight is inconceivable, ”wrote Fischbach.
Manzo republished the statement, adding that she believes Jackie owes Gia a public apology.
“I did NOT watch it, but I totally agree,” she wrote. “An adult woman shouldn’t use this analogy with a minor EVER, especially about our handsome @_giaguidice. Jackie needs to make a public apology immediately. “
Gia again posted Manzo’s message of support.
For his part, Jackie is holding on, telling Us Weekly: “When you say something about someone you love, whether it’s true or not, it hurts, you know? So I don’t regret it because if I were saying something unpleasant about Gia, then I would regret it. But I was making an analogy, which was very clear to almost everyone. “
