“Danny, you’re not going to believe this,” began Bam, as he told the story over the phone.

He went on to explain that he was on his way from Escondido, to ‘the shaman’s house’, adding that he was ‘having a ceremony with me very early in the morning, so I thought it would be better to spend the night’.

‘I can’t write this, man. I don’t know the severity of the damage, ‘said Margera, when the video came to an end.

Sources close to Margera told TMZ that the Margera Bentley was not “destroyed”, although it was towed to a local dealer for repairs.

While Margera is certainly not to blame in this case, the star is no stranger to legal problems, including a bizarre arrest for breaking into the lobby of a Los Angeles hotel in August 2019.

His family said he stopped taking his bipolar disorder drugs before his arrest and, weeks before his arrest for trespassing, he was kicked out of a Southwest flight because of his drunken antics.

In early 2019, he made headlines for collapsing before canceling a comical appearance, which happened just a month after leaving his second stint in rehab.

The third time in rehab seemed to be the charm of Margera, who has not been in trouble since and is filming Jackass 4 with Johnny Knoxville.
