ASUS seems determined to make a quick follow-up to its $ 1,000 ROG Phone 3 – the poor guy just left in October and has a successor set for March 9. Because the word “four” is the same name for “death” in most Asian languages (where most of the major technology manufacturers are), we are talking about the ROG Phone 5.

The first ASUS phones with the Republic of Gaming flag have always been launched at the end of the year – the first went on sale in September 2018, the second in October 2019 and the third in August last year – but the latest device it was a particular disappointment when it came to software promises, display quality and features like wireless charging and IP rating.
Perhaps the company was sensitive to criticism and quick to respond. We’ll see.
