A lawyer is seeking a criminal investigation into TI and Tiny Harris on behalf of 11 new victims who accuse the couple of sexual assault, abuse and drugs, as well as facilitating abuse among other members of their circle. The new charges come after dozens of alleged victims first accused the couple of sexual assault and abuse in late January, charges denied by the couple at the time. Tyrone A. Blackburn, a New York-based attorney, sent letters to state and federal prosecutors along with state attorneys general in Georgia and California on February 19 asking for investigations, confirmed Vulture. The new york Times first reported the letters, and Blackburn told the newspaper that he received confirmation that the letters had been delivered. An TI lawyer, born Clifford Harris, and Tiny, also known as Tameka Harris, told Vulture that the couple “denied in the strongest possible terms these unfounded and unfounded claims”.

The letters, obtained by Vulture, detail “frighteningly similar events of sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, terrorist threats and private imprisonment”, as described by Blackburn. One of the victims claims that she was a 17-year-old intern at the IT and Tiny studio when Tiny offered her alcohol and pills in the summer of 2006. According to Blackburn’s letter, she ended up passing out in a room and woke up the next morning “ Bleeding in the vagina ”and feeling“ discomfort in the anus ”and received a morning-after pill from one of Tiny’s associates. Another woman, an Air Force veteran, claims that Tiny gave her a drink at a club and was then taken to a hotel room with the couple. She finally felt bad, after only having two drinks, and threw up. TI “tried to put her foot in the vagina” against her consent, according to Blackburn, before passing out. She woke up naked “with a very sore vagina”. Another victim, a former friend of Tiny’s, says she was forced by TI to use drugs and “personally witnessed women complaining of being kidnapped and held against their will for days at a time,” according to Blackburn. The other allegations detailed in the letter include drugs and violent threats, along with sexual assault by TI and Tiny associates.

THE Times He said he confirmed the reports of five victims through interviews with victims and other witnesses. A veteran friend told the Times that she described being drugged and having non-consensual sex in the days after the incident. The mother of Tiny’s ex-friend also told the Times that her daughter had told her about TI and Tiny’s drugs and sexual assaults.

Blackburn told the Times none of the victims he represented had previously shared their stories on social media. Sabrina Peterson, who accused TI of keeping her at gunpoint, previously shared Instagram messages from victims claiming they had been sexually abused, abused and drugged by TI and Tiny. At the time, a spokesman for the couple told Vulture: “Mr. and Ms. Harris wants to be on the record and, most importantly, wants the public to know that they emphatically deny in the most vehement way possible the blatantly terrifying accusations made against them by Sabrina Peterson. ”The statement further threatened legal action. In the wake of these allegations, MTV halted the production of the couple’s reality show TI and Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle.

Blackburn also represents Peterson, and his office said in a statement that he is filing a defamation suit against TI and Tiny, along with Shekinah Anderson, California on March 1. Anderson, who appeared on the couple’s MTV reality show as Shekinah Jo, previously said on an Instagram Live that Peterson “recruited women” for TI and Tiny; since then, she has withdrawn the claim on an upcoming Instagram Live.

Blackburn’s letter states that the victims and witnesses “are prepared to speak with investigators and prosecutors”, and added to the Times that many would like to prosecute criminal charges. Steve Sadow, TI and Tiny’s lawyer, also told Vulture: “We are confident that if these allegations are investigated fully and fairly, no charges will be made.”
