Issac Bruce says that if he was running the Rams show … he would get out Jared Goff for Deshaun Watson – saying TMZ Sports a potential trade with Texans would be a no-brainer for him.
“I’d love to see it, I’ll just be honest,” says the Rams legend. “I think Deshaun Watson is a great talent. He can play football well. He is a competitor.”
“You don’t have to worry if this guy is going to show up on Sunday. No way.”
Of course, a Houston-Los Angeles deal would take a LOT of dominoes to fall … first, Texans would have to be willing to discard their star QB – even if he is as unhappy as some reports say he is.
Second, the Rams would have to be creative with the contracts, considering Goff’s big business … And they would probably have to invent a lot of choices to distribute as well.
But, Bruce says that if there is any way LA can make this work … the Rams should do this and not think twice.
“What if Les [Snead] I can do it, man, “said Bruce of the general manager of Rams,” I would also jump on the table to make it happen. “
As for Bruce’s feelings about Goff going forward … you can say, Isaac isn’t exactly Jared’s number one fan.
