The Denver Broncos don’t have the best chance of winning the Deshaun Watson draw. But they have an ace up their sleeve that other suitors don’t: Kareem Jackson, who is actively recruiting the disgruntled superstar defender for Mile High City, he recently suggested on Twitter.
Jackson, of course, was Watson’s teammate in Houston and evidently still maintains a backchannel for the NFL pass champion – a backchannel he hopes to bring the two together.

After supposedly giving Matthew Stafford an aggressive (but not reckless) push, offering a choice in the first round and then some, the Broncos must exercise due diligence on Watson, who has officially requested an exchange and for whom the price is astronomical.
According to the Houston Chronicle, Texans are asking for two choices in the first round, two in the second round and two young defensive players. This is considered the starting point as well. It is very possible, if likely, that a needy suitor will cough three first in exchange for the Pro Bowler three times.
Stafford finalists – Washington, Carolina, Indianapolis, Chicago, New England – are also expected to make significant strides in any Watson deal. However, the Miami Dolphins and the New York Jets, led by friendly new coach Robert Saleh, are at the top of Watson’s wish list.
A list without orange and blue. Woody Paige of the Colorado Gazette, who correctly predicted Stafford’s departure to a warm climate, says Watson “no interest“in the Broncos.
Paige believes it is more likely that, as a palliative measure in 2021, the new general manager George Paton will sign free agent QB Tyrod Taylor pair with Drew Lock holder holder.
