Is Disney Plus down? Several users were receiving “service unavailable” error messages, which means that they could not access the stacked library of Disney programs and movies. However, the problem seems to be resolving slowly, as subscribers can now connect to Disney Plus again, albeit with the interface loading slower than normal speed.
The outage appeared to be widespread, affecting Disney Plus in all applications and devices worldwide: PC, mobile, smart TVs and consoles.
In TV apps, Disney Plus subscribers were receiving a blue screen, usually with a general “service unavailable” message. If you’re getting something different, be sure to check out our Disney Plus error code guide for more information on specific errors and how to fix them.
What can you do if it’s still low for you? First of all, contact Disney Plus Twitter Help. You can also visit the Help Center and search for your error code, or send an email using [email protected]. As a last resort, contact the customer service number (US only): 888-905-7888
