iOS 14.5 adds more than 200 new emojis to the iPhone, including headphone design inspired by AirPods Max

Apple released iOS 14.5 beta 2 for developers today and one of the changes that is sure to draw a lot of attention is the more than 200 new emojis. Follow below to see everything that comes with the latest iOS beta update.

Reported by Emojipedia, Apple included 217 new emoji with iOS 14.5 beta 2. The new emoji comes from the Emoji 13.1 specification that was certified in 2020 and will be officially released to the public sometime this spring.

The new emojis include redesigns for headphones that are now represented by AirPods Max, an updated syringe and more.

The new emoji are face exuding, face in the clouds and heart on fire in the photo below. Repairing heart, face with spiral eyes and a wide variety of people with a beard are also part of Emoji 13.1, which is expected to arrive on the iPhone in the coming months.

Notably, 200 of the 217 new emojis are focused on broadly expanding the couple with heart combination available on iOS.
