Four models were leaked by several retailers and OEMs. Models include two Tiger Lake-U and two Tiger Lake-H CPUs. Now you may be wondering why Intel is already offering an update for its yet to be launched Tiger Lake-H SKUs, but the updated line is mainly for H35 variants that feature quad cores, while H45 variants are released in the middle from 2021 Both lines are based on the same Willow Cove cores and feature only quad-core configurations.

Intel Tiger Lake-H35 Core i7-11390H and Core i5-11320H

The Intel Tiger Lake-H35 line will feature Core i7-11390H and Core i5-11320H. The Core i7-11390H will be the fastest chip in the line with 4 cores, 8 threads, 12 MB cache, 96 EUs and 768 cores. The chip will have a base clock of 3.4 GHz and will increase clocks of 4.6 GHz (all-core) / 5.00 GHz (1-core).

The Intel Core i5-11320H also has 4 cores and 8 threads with a similar cache setting of 12 MB. The chip offers a 3.2 GHz base clock, 4.3 GHz boost (all-core) and 4.5 GHz boost (1 core). It comes with the same 35W TDP which is configurable up to 28W. The Core i5-11320H will likely have 80 EUs or 640 cores.

Intel Tiger Lake-U Core i7-1195G7 and Core i5-1155G7

The Intel Tiger Lake-U line will also receive two new CPUs for the UP3 platform. According to the information, the U Series will consist of Core i7-1195G7 and Core i5-1155G7. Both chips have 4 cores and 8 threads with a 12 MB cache. The most interesting part about these chips is that they retain the same clocks as the existing parts that they must replace, so a possible change is speculated in the form of increased frequency of all the cores, which will be greater than the existing models. This is very likely to be the case for 28W CPUs that can also be configured for up to 12W.

For these moderate increases in clock speed, you can expect a small improvement in performance on several notebooks that will make use of them. As for the products themselves, it seems that OEMs are already working on laptops with designs like the Lenovo ThinkBook 14s Yoga, the Dell XPS 13 9310 and the Intel NUC M15 laptop already in operation. We expect laptops to be launched in the middle of this year, after Tiger Lake-H45 notebooks enter the market.
