Golf legend Tiger Woods is recovering from a car accident with the potential to end his career. Jackie DeAngelis of FOX Business with more information on the potential financial consequences.
Elin Nordegren traded her $ 50 million custom property in North Palm Beach by the sea for a more modest $ 10 million home in Palm Beach Gardens.
Nordegren, 41, bought his previous property in 2011 for $ 12,251,000, after his tumultuous divorce from Tiger Woods. She listed it in 2018 for $ 49.5 million, deciding she wanted to offload the megamanation for something a little less.
The Swedish model lived in the huge 11-bedroom, 15-bathroom house until the sale last September.

Days after selling the house at a huge price cut, for $ 29 million, she bought a six-bedroom, nine-bathroom property for $ 9,926,675.

Initially built in 2010, the property spans 13,523 square feet and sits on 2.09 acres of land in the prestigious Old Palm Golf Club gated community.
This is a smart home fully integrated with a Lutron HomeWorks System, which controls everything from lighting to activation of the security system. Everything can be managed using iPads installed throughout the house or your phone.

Nordegren was seen on Saturday with her children, while professional golfer Woods continues to recover from surgery after a serious car accident near Los Angeles on February 23.
“It was fortunate that Mr. Woods was able to get out of this alive,” said Los Angeles County Sheriff Sheriff Carlos Gonzalez, who was the first to arrive at the scene.
Nordegren participated in a weekend soccer practice for her 12-year-old son Charlie, whom she shares with Woods, 45. Their daughter Sam, 13, was also present, and Nordegren was seen holding her 1 – one-year-old son Arthur, who welcomed partner Jordan Cameron in 2019.
Nordegren and Woods were married in 2004 and divorced in 2010 amid revelations of the golfer’s infidelity.
