“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice bought a $ 3.35 million “investment property” with her new 46-year-old boyfriend, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, who allegedly financed the purchase.
The purchase of the “Clarence Manor” couple is a “business” investment – not their new love nest, TMZ reported.
Giudice will be the manager of the house in Montville, which is just three doors from the house that the 48-year-old “RHONJ” star shared with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, 48.
Now, the reality show star has a new relationship with Digital Media Solutions co-founder Ruelas. Giudice and her new sculpted boyfriend started dating in November, after their divorce from Joe was finalized in September.
The new couple has had a lot of fun, going skiing and undressing to go to the beach. Giudice said Ruelas is “the best thing that came out of 2020” on Instagram.
Modeled after a Thomas Kinkade painting “Beyond Summer Gate”, the seven-bedroom, seven-bath, and three-powder room is a gray stone mansion about 7,000 square feet, the Post estimates based on floor plans.
The main entrance through double wooden doors leads to the custom marble floor and a vaulted lobby. The house has Brazilian cherry wood flooring, custom crown molding and a floating cherry spiral staircase that pierces the house, according to the New Jersey Luxury Real Estate Group list.
The living room has a gas fireplace and overlooks the 5.6 acre gardens through large bay windows; the “banquet-sized” dining room has three sets of French doors. The family room has a gas fireplace, three French doors and a wet bar, according to the listing.
The kitchen has nine Tiffany glass lamps, granite countertops and state-of-the-art appliances. There is plenty of space for preparation, between the central kitchen island and the additional seats and preparation area.
There is a large pantry and butler’s pantry, a breakfast area with a chandelier and a pair of French doors that open onto an outdoor summer kitchen, according to the listing.
The home theater with 11 seats in the basement was designed for showing films and family presentations, offering changing rooms and changing rooms for aspiring artists. The theater has a “concession stand” with a wet bar and lighted shelves for movie snacks.
Next to the theater is a recreation room with a pool table, gas fireplace and balcony that looks out onto the yard, according to the list.
Children can enter the house’s heated saltwater pool on their 60-foot underground slide. The pool has a built-in waterfall and an extravagantly decorated hut by the pool. The land is covered by primitive landscaping and offers a garage for six cars, according to the listing.
The house was built in 2006 for $ 2.28 million by its previous owners, Lisa and Salvatore LoBiondo, according to New Jersey property records, which, at the cost of the land in 2003, made a small profit on the sale.
Giudice recently tried to sell the nearby house in Montville that she shared with her ex-husband, the Post previously reported, but it is not clear whether she withdrew it from the market.
The new season of “RHONJ” will air on Wednesday and will feature Giudice’s journey to sell her home and “create a new life” for her and her four daughters – Gia, 19, Gabriella, 16, Milânia, 15 , and Audriana, 11 – according to Bravo.
Giudice and his ex “Juicy Joe” – who is buying his own dating program – raised their four children at home until 2015, when the couple was convicted and ultimately arrested for fraud, which led to Joe’s deportation to Italy and the end of their marriage, Page Six previously reported.
Coldwell Banker broker Joshua Baris represented both sides of the deal, but declined to comment.
