Pete Davidson officially moved out of his mother’s basement and bought his own luxury condo for $ 1.2 million – just before the new year, the Post can report.
The move comes four years after he landed a $ 1.3 million residence on Staten Island in 2016 for his mother, Amy Waters. Davidson, 27, lived in the basement of the house until December, when he moved to a skyscraper.
But he is still close to home.
The Saturday Night Live star bought the condo on the north shore of Staten Island, located not far from his mother. The house was purchased through an LLC, the records of the property show.
A Davidson representative has yet to respond to the Post’s request for comment.
With two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the corner unit residence is located on the water and offers panoramic views of Manhattan.
In the original list, the photos show a bathroom with a Hawaiian theme, a kitchen painted in purple and one of the two bedrooms with bunk beds.
During a call from Zoom posted on TikTok over the weekend, Davidson revealed that he got a new seat.
“I just left my mom’s house,” he said as he looked for the keys. He added as he entered, “I am totally out. I have a pad. “
The news of his big move comes a month after his romance with “Bridgerton” star Phoebe Dynevor surfaced.
According to the listing, the condo is described as a “pinnacle of luxury lifestyle living”.
The house has high ceilings, tall windows with lots of natural light and a private terrace.
Other features of the house include an open plan, a redesigned kitchen with a seating area on the peninsula, quartz countertops and a unique “waterfall” installation.
The master suite has a bathroom with marble dressing table, spa bath, separate shower and closet with a private door to the terrace.
The building’s amenities include a concierge with security, lounge for residents, gym, children’s playground and barbecue grills.
Dynevor, 25, and Davidson have been dating since the beginning of March.
A source told Page Six that the two were taking things slowly.
They “are not very serious,” the source revealed, adding that Davidson is committed to “SNL” in New York, and Dynevor is in England “pretty much the rest of the year” when she starts filming the 2nd season of her show. Netflix’s success “Bridgerton.”
