‘I’m showing all of you that my treasure marks are something special’

Brie Bella is valuing her post-baby body.

On Monday, the 37-year-old wrestling star shared a selfie in the mirror showing his abdomen seven months after giving birth to his second son, Buddy by Caesarean section. In the caption, she opened up about her journey to lose weight and how she is loving her skin.

“The more baby weight I lose, the more my Buddy treasure marks are showing,” she wrote. “Buddy practically grew through my belly button, lol, I think the old wives’ tales were right about how boys grow up! Down !! After my second C session, I have really been kicking my ass to get my abdomen back! so it’s the flabby belly that’s normal after babies. “

She went on to admit that she has struggled with body image since her son said that “it is sometimes difficult for me to look in the mirror and see my body”.

“I always tell myself to be kind and grateful, but I’m human, so breaking up happens. That’s why Nikki and I really wanted to create a liquid soap that every morning and every night, when you are completely vulnerable, you see the words Empowered, you destroy yourself, you build yourself You can see me in the pool in one piece, but I’m showing you all that my treasure marks are something special They remind me of a special connection that I have to share with my sweet babies for 9 months, “she said.

Fans accepted Brie’s comments to thank her for her transparency and called her inspiration.

In an interview with She knows, Bella and her sister Nikki, talked about self-care during the pandemic and how she stays healthy.

“Sometimes I feel like people are like, ‘I have to work out five days a week to be healthy’. But that is not necessarily true for me, “she revealed.” Self-care is what makes you feel the best about yourself. [For me that’s] to be outside and push my baby and smell the trees and the fresh air. I feel like I’m not just burning calories, but my mental health is also doing good exercise. “
