Comedian and actor Steve Martin today reported on social media his experience with the COVID-19 vaccine.
As you might expect, it was not the usual hypocritical celebrity account, a sign of virtue.
“Good / bad news,” tweeted Martin. “Good news: I just got vaccinated! Bad news: I received it because I am 75 years old. “
“Thank you all and thank you science,” wrote Martin.
Martin is a resident of New York and reported that he personally waited at the Javits Center to receive his jab.
He also stated that the vaccine had no side effects. Possibly.
Good news / bad news. Good news: I just got vaccinated! Bad news: I understand why I’m 75 years old. There is! The NYC operation was silky smooth (sorry for the cliché @BCDreyer!) and perfectly hosted by the U.S. Army and National Guard. Thank you all and thank you science.

I signed up ON line through a NYC dot gov website (sorry, I don’t have the exact website) and waited in line at the Javits Center. https://t.co/Ohp3frxy6i
