Happy Holidays and Happy Wonder Woman: 1984 day! The long-awaited 2017 blockbuster sequel Wonder Woman is officially in theaters, but because of the coronavirus pandemic, fans can also watch the new movie from the comfort of home – you only need HBO Max to watch the new chapter in the Wonder Woman saga.

Wonder Woman: 1984 became officially available for broadcast on December 25 at noon ET / 9 am PT. The title will be available for a month at no additional cost to HBO Max subscribers. Reminder: HBO Max is now available on Roku and PS5 devices, in addition to the Amazon, Apple and Google devices where the app was previously available.

The cast is filled with incredible talents like Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal, Robin Wright, Connie Nielsen, Natasha Rothwell and – in a surprise appearance – the original TV Wonder Woman herself, Lynda Carter. Director Patty Jenkins returns to direct this second installment.

Wonder Woman: 1984 is the first of many Warner Bros. box office hits. to debut on HBO Max on the same day of its theatrical release. The company announced that its entire 2021 theatrical trajectory, including Dune, Matrix 4, and Godzilla vs. Kong, will also receive the same treatment.
