In the full trailer for the series, familiar faces like Baron Helmut Zemo (Daniel Gruhl) appear, as well as new enemies. Other known elements include the return of Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter. The series is likely to follow the precedent set by SHIELD agents and occur over time with the events at the MCU, so cameos and Easter eggs are likely to emerge as the series progresses.
