Hilaria Baldwin responds to fake Twitter rumors with a Spanish accent

Hilaria Baldwin responded to accusations that she is faking her Spanish accent and cultural roots in an Instagram video on Sunday.

“My family is white. Ethnically, I am a mixture of many, many things, ”explained Baldwin. “Culturally, I grew up with two cultures, so it’s really that simple.”

His video comes in response to Twitter’s continuing speech about speculation about Baldwin’s past. One Twitter topic per user @lenibriscoe suggested that the star’s accent and connections to Spain were a ploy, pointing out that some articles suggest that Baldwin was born in Spain, despite being a native of Boston.

Other charges include videos in which the yoga instructor’s accent seems to vary and the revelation that she often referred to Hillary while growing up in Boston. But Baldwin responded by saying that she spent time in Spain and Massachusetts and used the names based on the language in which she was speaking. As for the floating accent, she attributes it to the nerves.

“It’s one of those things that I feel insecure at different times, and when I try to work, I try to advertise a little more, but if I get nervous or upset or something, I start mixing the two.”

In his video, Baldwin notes that many of her family members live in Spain and that the accent is not something she is “playing” with. The original Twitter topic, on the other hand, included evidence to suggest that neither Baldwin’s mother nor father was raised in Spain. The user shared a video of his mother discussing growing up in Massachusetts and an obituary for his paternal grandfather describing a past life in the New England area.

But Baldwin suggests on Instagram that she still grew up in Spain, as her family used to spend time in the country. Her family also called her Hilaria, not Hillary, and she ended up choosing to consolidate and use the name that her family knew her.

“I feel very lucky to have grown up with two cultures, I grew up speaking two languages,” she said. “Have I always done this well? Through your weird years and trying to be more or more. Yes, I’m a white girl. Let’s make it clear that Europe has a lot of whites there. “
