This year’s honorees are not just being invited to stay home this year, HFPA is asking nominees to stay home with members of their own families, so don’t expect to see a flashy Canadian Schitt’s Creek– Emmy party style when the event airs on February 28th. “Our vision for the show is to have our nominees in a safe place, preferably in their homes, surrounded only by people from their immediate families. Production is not comfortable with any other meetings that are not supervised by our team.
