Former UFC champion Henry Cejudo continues to take blows to Dana White over the promotions of the current flyweight title holder, Deiveson Figueiredo.
Despite retiring from mixed martial arts immediately after his TKO victory over Dominick Cruz at UFC 249, Cejudo (16-2 MMA) has been relentless in his calls from other fighters.
‘Triple C’ has hit several different fighters in the past few months, but his main targets have been UFC champions Deiveson Figueiredo, Petr Yan and Alex Volkanovski.
Henry Cejudo told Dana White in the past that he would end his retirement for a super fight with current UFC featherweight champion Alex Volkanovksi. However, the UFC boss hasn’t yet awarded ‘Triple C’ in this fight.
That said, Cejudo returned the focus to Figueiredo and this time put Dana White in the joke.

“I see that you are a puff specialist because your last fight was a drug. And this is your fighter of the year Dana White? I would knock him out in 1 minute, and that’s 1 minute! #rentachamp ” – Henry Cejudo wrote in Twitter when scoring Deiveson Figueiredo.
Although Cejudo thinks Figueiredo’s last fight at UFC 256 “sucked,” the general consensus among fight fans was that Deiveson’s war with Moreno was the biggest fight in the history of the 125 pound category.
Even so, Henry Cejudo clearly believes that he would streamline the promotions of the new flyweight kingpin in Deiveson Figueiredo.
‘Triple C’ retired from MMA in a six-game winning streak, which included wins over Marlon Moraes, TJ Dillashaw, Demetrious Johnson, Sergio Pettis and Dominick Cruz.
Meanwhile, Figueiredo (20-1-1 MMA) is undefeated in the last six performances in the octagon. During that period, ‘Daico’ won chart wins over opponents Tim Elliott, Joseph Benavidez (x2) and Alex Perez.
