The 47-year-old German model showed off a huge bouquet of red roses before hugging her musician husband, 31, in a sweet Instagram video she shared on Sunday.

She and the guitarist of Tokio Hotel made their relationship public in May 2018.
They secretly married in February 2019 and performed a ceremony aboard a luxury yacht off the coast of Italy in August 2019.

It wasn’t just Heidi who celebrated his love on Sunday.
Her eldest daughter, 16-year-old Leni, also exchanged sweet Valentine’s Day messages with her boyfriend Aris Rachevsky.
The teenager shared a photo of herself with hockey player Aris in her Instagram story and wrote: ‘I love you. Happy Valentine’s Day baby.
Aris responded by sharing another photo of them in her Instagram story along with the message: ‘Happy Valentine’s Day, I love you @leniklum.’

Leni’s biological father is the Italian businessman Flavio Briatore. Heidi, however, separated from him during pregnancy and was with British musician Seal when Leni was born.
Seal later adopted her as his and he and Heidi had three children before they divorced in 2014.
Leni is following in the footsteps of her famous mother and made her model debut in December on the cover of the January / February issue of Vogue Germany.
