Before the entire list of 2021 Warner Bros. films. reaching HBO Max throughout 2021, the streaming service is a gift for Batman fans. As seen by Gizmodo, the platform will begin broadcasting Batman: the animated series and Batman Beyond starting on January 1st.
Both need no introduction. The animated series is considered one of the best Batman adaptations ever created. From the point of view of animation, it was also a technical marvel at the time. Meanwhile, Batman beyond, after some initial fan skepticism, it became a cult classic when exploring themes that the comics had not covered extensively. If that leaves you wanting more, HBO Max is also adding a series of animated Batman films, as well as Batman Begins – although Christopher Nolan would probably prefer you not to watch his movie on the streaming service.
