HBO Max confirms Zack Snyder’s Justice League: Justice Is Gray

So far, everyone who is enthusiastic about Zack Snyder’s Justice League probably watched. Maybe even more than once. Perhaps many fans thought that this would be for a while. But now HBO Max reveals a reason to watch it again, as the black and white edition of “Justice Is Gray” is coming soon. Snyder calls this his favorite version because it is what he saw daily in the editing room. George Miller felt the same way about Mad Max: Fury Road, leading to the fan-favorite Black and Chrome edition. Likewise, James Mangold remastered Logan in monochrome to give it a wild west vibe.

To demonstrate what the recolored version looks like, HBO Max has just launched a scene with Ben Affleck and Jeremy Irons. It is a moment of simple dialogue, in which Alfred questions Bruce’s plan of action. But it shows how the various shades of black in the Batman workshop show different levels of gray.

HBO Max does not mention a date yet, other than “soon”. But they ensured that people will continue to talk about the film for a long time to come.
