Hawkeye’s Jeremy Renner shares a beautiful bow and arrow training photo with his daughter

Jeremy Renner, who will star in the upcoming MCU show Hawkeye, shares a photo of his daughter practicing archery on social media.

HawkeyeJeremy Renner shared a photo on social media showing his daughter’s archery training. Renner is set to star Hawkeye, which will debut at Disney + this year. It will be part of Marvel’s massive 2021 plan, which will see the studio launch four films and several television shows. Hawkeye will be Renner’s first solo adventure after his appearance in five Marvel films.

Hawkeye doesn’t have a release date yet, but filming has started in New York, giving fans a first glimpse of Kate Bishop from Hailee Steinfeld, whom Renner’s Hawkeye will be passing the baton to. Joining Steinfeld and Renner are Vera Farmiga, Alaqua Cox, Brian d’Arcy James and Florence Pugh as she Black Widow character Yelena Belova. Details are scarce as to what the show will be, but there have been several clues to the precise plot of his comics that will see Kate Bishop and Clint Barton coming together.

Not part of the team, but apparently training, is Renner’s daughter Ava. In an image shared on Twitter, Renner he showed a funny picture of Ava, who is only seven years old, wielding a bow, without arrows, just like her father’s character. On his face is a photo of Renner’s face. Next to Ava’s photo, there is a photo of Renner himself holding a bow and a children’s toy arrow pointing out of the frame. Renner put the photo caption, “another day at the office, “with the bow and arrow emoji that he and other cast members used to provoke the show.

The photos are a cute return from a tragic moment at the beginning Avengers: Endgame. Clint Barton was left out Avengers: Infinity War, choosing to focus on his family. Not knowing that his friends are fighting Thanos, Avengers: Endgame starts with Clint training his daughter in archery. His wife, played by Linda Cardellini, is having a barbecue for the family when Thanos’ snap occurs. Clint doesn’t see his family disappear, but he is very traumatized by the disappearance of his family.

Although they eventually return thanks to the time steal that sees the Avengers gather all the Infinity Stones again, Hawkeye will probably explore the effects of that trauma. He will also see Clint Barton training Kate Bishop, another daughter-like figure, presumably to assume his role as Hawkeye so he can be close to his family. Bishop’s presence, along with a host of other younger heroes, could be a sign of a new generation of heroes who will face the world’s problems when the original Avengers withdraw. While Hawkeye it is still a bit distant, it is likely to be an increasingly important step in the evolution of Clint Barton and the MCU as a whole.
