Fox News presenter Sean Hannity urged President Biden on Thursday to call former President Donald Trump and thank him for everything he did to fight the coronavirus pandemic.
Following Biden’s speech to the nation that marked the anniversary of the government’s response to the pandemic, the “Hannity” host accused the president of trying to “take credit for everything Donald Trump did at COVID-19”.
Hannity noted that when Biden took office, three vaccines were developed due to Operation Warp Speed’s work under Trump’s supervision.
“There were already a million vaccines being administered in people’s arms every day when Biden took the oath, 36 million doses had already been distributed,” he continued.
BIDEN TAKES A SHOOT IN THE TRUMP ON COVID HANDLING
Despite the Trump administration’s efforts to fight the virus, Biden made no mention of the achievements of his predecessor in his speech to the nation on Thursday night.
“There you go,” said Hannity, “Joe Biden, president of the unit he is, taking credit for someone else’s work.”
“Joe, do you want unity? Why don’t you just thank Donald Trump? You want us all to be well, you say. No Trump, no vaccine, Joe. Stop trying to take credit for something, frankly, you had nothing to do with. Nothing. “
Hannity credited the president for staying up past bedtime, but warned: “Biden’s ability to remain lucid tonight, for 20 long minutes, shouldn’t be a cause for celebration … The Biden government knows that the biggest problem of Joe Biden is Joe Biden himself. “

The Fox News host predicted that when Biden gives a press conference, the atmosphere will be controlled, much like when he was on the campaign trail with aides “pre-selecting a handful of pro-Biden reporters”.
Hannity then criticized the mainstream media for their reluctance to ask difficult questions.
“The mafia doesn’t bother to do their job,” he said, “They are actively, willingly, putting their heads in the sand. That would be NBC, ABC, CBS, MSDNC, CNN fake news. Do any of Do you have a news division? Do you have journalists working for you or not? “
The monologue concluded with a montage of liberal media presenters casting doubt on Trump’s aspiration to quickly develop a coronavirus vaccine in the first months of the outbreak last year.

“There will be no retractions, no excuses, they will never correct the record,” said Hannity.
“Instead, they will continue to act as cheerleaders for the radical Social Democratic party and whoever is running the show at the White House.”
