A Graham man was killed in a shootout on Saturday morning in Columbia, South Carolina.
Charles R. Fulk, 27, died in the shooting, which took place at Shandon Crossing Apartments on South Beltline Boulevard, according to press releases from the Richland County Sheriff’s Department and the Richland County Coroner Office.
Fulk was shot in the upper body and died on the spot, said the sheriff’s office.
