Gisele Bündchen leaving IMG Models after 22 years

Tom Brady is not the only one in his family with big news after Sunday’s Super Bowl.

Gisele Bündchen is leaving the modeling agency IMG Models after 22 years, exclusive to Page Six Style.

Our source said the 40-year-old supermodel and mother of two decided to do her acting internally, giving the reins to twin sister Patricia, who also works as her manager.

Despite saying goodbye to the Brazilian beauty, who happens to be one of the highest paid models in the industry, IMG welcomed two very young faces last month in the wake of Joe Biden’s inauguration: poet Amanda Gorman and Kamala Harris’s stepdaughter Ella Emhoff.

“It has been a hot January, with new faces and fresh blood entering the fashion industry,” said our source.

The agency seeks not only untapped newbies, but also experienced veterinarians; they rehired Milla Jovovich, a longtime former client, last month after she jumped into The Society Model Management in 2019. There are plans to announce even more talent additions in the near future.

Last month, Bündchen and Brady sold their Tribeca apartment for $ 37 million and are currently building a dream home on Miami’s Indian Creek Island, also known as the “billionaire’s bunker”, revealed Page Six exclusively in December .

The family is celebrating Brady’s seventh Super Bowl victory and the model was present with son Benjamin and daughter Vivian, as well as Brady’s son with Bridget Moynahan, Jack, in Tampa Bay.

A Bündchen representative did not respond to Page Six Style’s request for comment.
