Burr then described Carano as “an absolute love”. “Fucking super cool person,” he said.

“And you know everything and somehow, someone is going to make this video and make me say something else and try to get rid of my bald action figure,” added Burr, referring to how Hasbro also supposedly dismissed the figure of Cara Dune action from Carano.
“This is how things are out there. These are crazy times. People are just waiting, planting in the bush,” said Burr, who had previously talked about the culture of cancellation during his controversial monologue “Saturday Night Live” in October.

Carano, 38, was fired by Lucasfilm, which is owned by Disney, after sharing a message on the social media platform on which she compared today’s political division to events in Nazi Germany.
She had previously reacted to other comments about the coronavirus, the use of gender pronouns and electoral fraud.

“Your posts on social media denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are disgusting and unacceptable,” Lucasfilm said in a statement.
Carano played Cara Dune in seven episodes of “The Mandalorian” in its first two seasons in 2019 and 2020.
In a statement on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, Lucasfilm said that Gina Carano was no longer part of the “Mandalorian” cast after many online resigned because of a social media post that compared the experience of the Jews during the Holocaust to the US political climate.
