11:30 am update: Georgia has its first appointment of the day, as Bear Alexander’s 2022 defensive tackle with Georgia.

Alexander announced the decision through his social media.

Alexander gives Georgia eight commitments in the 2022 cycle. He is the first to come from outside the state of Georgia, as he is from Denton, Texas. He will play defensive tackle in college and is player number 140 in the cycle from now on. Your commitment will give Georgia 2nd place in the 2022 recruitment cycle.

Alexander’s announcement brought Kirby Smart’s first GO DAWGS of the day. It should be noted that Alexander does not see himself as a replacement for Jordan Davis.

Georgia coach Kirby Smart is due to meet the media at 2:30 pm on Tuesday to discuss autograph classes in Georgia. Although it is before Arnold’s announcement, Smart will have a number of topics to discuss, such as the new defensive defense coach, the transfer portal and other news and notes about the Georgia program.

Smart also gave an interview with Rivals, where he touched on several topics, including offensive line recruitment, Brock Vandagriff and Xavian Sorey.

Update at 9:45 am: Bear Alexander, a 4-star defensive tackle from 2022, is expected to announce his appointment at about 11:30 am ET on Wednesday. Jeff Sentell of DawgNation recently spoke to Alexander to predict his commitment.

If Georgia conquers Alexander, the Bulldogs will move into second place in the 2022 recruitment ranking. Alexander would be the first appointment in Georgia’s 2022 class outside Georgia when he came from Denton, Texas. All of Georgia’s seven 2022 commits currently come from the state of Georgia.

Some famous names announced their engagements, with Oregon receiving the 4-star cornerback Avante Dickerson and Kentucky playing the 4-star linebacker Trevin Wallace from Jesup, Georgia.

As of now, Bulldogs are still going strong with the third class of the 2021 cycle. Texas A&M and LSU have the potential to increase their classes today, which may make it interesting to see if Georgia has the diamond hands necessary to remain in that position. Landing Arnodl, however, would be fine for Georgia.

7am update: For the 2021 class, Georgia is just waiting for Arnold. He is player number 50 in the 2021 recruitment cycle and the third security player. Arnold is from Tallahassee, Florida, and is considering the three finalists in Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

Arnold is set to announce his appointment at 4 pm Eastern Time. DawgNation will have live coverage of the ad on their social channels.

Georgia may also receive some good news when it comes to the 2022 recruiting class on Wednesday, when 4-star defensive tackle Bear Alexander will announce his commitment. Alexander is the potential customer at 140th place in the 2022 cycle and comes from Denton, Texas.

Bulldogs are third in the ranking of recruitment classes, both in the 2021 recruitment cycle and in the 2022 recruitment cycle. Georgia cannot rise further in the 2021 cycle, since Alabama will finish in first class and Ohio State will come in second.
