There are six possible endings for Noelle’s hangout events, except for those in which she completely abandons him. To get all the rewards from Noelle’s hangout event, you must reach all six finals. Although you need to two story keys to unlock each hangout, once they are unlocked, they are free to revisit. No matter what you say to Noelle in the first dialogue option – when she asks you for guidance on your Cavalry Training, say “It’s okay not to be a knight”. What you say after that has no impact on the result.
A man named Alois asks for help with some slimes; then you two will accompany you back to Mondstadt. The dialogue options before you reach the bar have no impact at the end. The next section begins when Alois asks “Is that what they give to all visitors to Mondstadt?” Choose “Noelle’s way of showing hospitality”. You will go to Good Hunter, and again, you will have the same two dialogues; choose ‘hospitality’ again. Noelle will give Alois a gift … and, again, the same two options for dialogue are presented; choose ‘hospitality’. The other dialog options are for flavor only; they make no difference to the story. He leaves happily, and you will receive ‘Goodbye, Miss. Maid! ‘ Final.
A Cold Reception

This ending has also been telling Noelle “It’s okay not to be a knight”, but instead of selecting Alois ‘hospitality’ answers, choose “Made especially for you”. When you accompany Alois out of the city, he reveals that he planned to imitate Mondstadt’s famous Dandelion wine. When you return to Noelle, she looks disappointed and you get the ending to ‘A Cold Reception’.
A Maid Above Ground

When Noelle asks you for guidance on your cavalry training, tell her “Sure, where do you want to start?” When she says she feels something is missing, say she has no strength. There will then be a test of strength where Noelle destroys all the training dolls within a certain period of time. She asks again what she needs and, again, say that she needs more strength.
After extracting ore and killing slime and a Mitachurl, the rocks fall into the abyss. You must then clear the rocks and defeat the Lawachurl to unlock this ending.

After taking three photos at various points on the map, Beatrice will ask about those locations; ‘Cape Oath’ will progress in the mission. You and Noelle go to Windrise together, and she gives you a paper rose. Aww.
