Garth Brooks Thanks Lady Gaga’s Glam Squad for ‘Saving a Cowboy’ on Opening Day

Garth Brooks borrowed Lady Gaga’s glamorous team before his presentation at Wednesday’s historic presidential inauguration.

Before Brooks, 58, took the stage in front of the Capitol to sing a capella version of “Amazing Grace” in the possession of President Joe Biden, it appears that the country superstar asked Lady Gaga, 34, if her hairdresser, Frederic Aspiras, and makeup artist Sarah Tanno would give him a zhuzh of beauty, because Brooks sent his squad a sweet message of thanks on Twitter after the event.

@Lady Gaga You were fabulous today and every day. A national treasure. Please tell Frederick and Miss. Sarah thanks for me! “Brooks tweeted.

He continued, “They saved a cowboy today. Oh, and tell Miss Sarah to hug her mom for me! Love, g.”

While Aspiras would have only fixed Brooks’ short hair before his performance, the professional created a dramatic hairstyle for Gaga, who sang the National Anthem on Induction Day. Aspiras described the look as a “twisted halo” that was inspired by “timeless, celestial and classic beauty”.

“Creating a romantic feeling with pride and hope for this very special opening event. Thanks @ladygaga for this opportunity to give someone like me, the son of an immigrant, a chance to change the course of other immigrant children,” said Aspiras, which used a variety of Joico styling products to create the romantic look.

Tanno called Gaga’s makeup look, which featured a bright red lip to match the dress, “timeless, romantic and vibrant as our muse”.

“Singing our National Anthem for the American People is an honor. I will sing during a ceremony, a transition, a moment of change – between POTUS 45 and 46. For me, this has great significance,” tweeted Gaga minutes before his performance. .

“My intention is to recognize our past, heal our present and be passionate about a future where we work together with love,” she added. “I will sing for the hearts of all the people who live on this land. Respectfully and kindly, Lady Gaga.”

Jennifer Lopez also joined Brooks and Gaga on Opening Day singing “America the Beautiful” and “This Land Is Your Land”.
