Gamecock men’s basketball postpones home game against Tennessee

COLUMBIA, SC – The men’s basketball games in Tennessee in South Carolina and Vanderbilt in Missouri on January 12 were postponed due to a combination of positive tests, contact tracking and subsequent quarantine of individuals in the Missouri and South Carolina basketball programs from according to the COVID-19 management of the Southeastern Conference requirements. The replacement dates for the two games have not been determined at this time.

With the cancellation of both games, Tennessee will now play at Vanderbilt at 7:00 pm ET on Tuesday, January 12, on ESPN2. Volunteers and Commodores will meet again in Knoxville, Tennessee, on Saturday, January 16, in a game previously scheduled for 6 pm ET on the SEC Network.
