Gal Gadot pays $ 5 million for a nearly 2,000-square-foot beachfront condominium in Malibu, which accepts celebrities

Wonder Woman in 1984 raised an impressive $ 85 million at the worldwide box office, despite the coronavirus pandemic.

And in the wake of the success of his sequel, Gal Gadot decided to shell out more than $ 5 million for a nearly 2,000 square foot condo in Malibu, California, for celebrities, according to Variety.

The 35-year-old actress bought the cozy two-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront residence from Thai philanthropist Bui Simon, who bought the property for just $ 850,000 in 1994.

Although it has a high price, Gal’s new residence is located in one of the most idyllic parts of Malibu, due to its proximity to local restaurants and its peaceful and rich setting.

It is just one of four units that reside in a gated complex by the sea, with none of the other residents promoting Gal’s celebrity status.

Described as ‘sensationally private’, the condominium offers a spacious patio with rustic tile floors and an inspiring view of the sea.

The condo’s cozy interior is complete with soft wooden floors and white walls that create an overall airy feel.

Resting between the living area and the kitchen of the condominium is a dramatic skylight with several windows that acts as a natural divider.

The living room, complete with fireplace and open floor plan, gives access to the combined dining area and kitchen.

Six floor-to-ceiling windows provide an indoor and outdoor feel and offer 24/7 exposure to the picturesque coastline.

Although the kitchen is quaint, it includes granite countertops, warm cabinets and impeccable stainless steel appliances.

Acting as a perfect space for moments of friendship with her husband Yaron Varsano and their two daughters, Gadot’s new purchase of a property includes a carpeted living room.

The condo’s two bedrooms are also carpeted and offer spacious private bathrooms.

As an added bonus, the master bedroom includes two bathrooms, one with a built-in soaking tub and a bidet.

According to Variety, Gadot is expected to pay $ 1,240 a month in HOA fees for the amenities of his vacation home.

Gal’s newly purchased condominium in Malibu is just one of three homes in her real estate portfolio and that of her husband, the developer.

The couple, who married in 2008, raise their family in a $ 5.6 million home in the Hollywood Hills, as well as in a home in Gal’s native Israel.

Gadot returned as everyone’s favorite hero with ties to 1984’s Wonder Woman, which debuted on HBO Max and in some cinemas on Christmas Day.

And despite the theatrical hurdles, the long-awaited sequel raised $ 16.7 million domestically during the opening weekend.
